My experience with Eanes was OUTSTANDING!! My tech Steven was there to explain each and every step along the way. I felt more than happy to sign up for the maintenance plan because of him. Thanks Steven and Eanes for make my HVAC problem disappear.

Had my install today. Working great. Josh was a great salesman. Hector, Justin, and the other young man were very nice through the process and explained everything to me.

Adam and Chris replaced my ceiling fan. It was so high that they had to use scaffolding. I wanted a 72” pole on the fan. Not an easy job! These guys knew what they were doing. They were so kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Eanes, and ask for Adam and Chris!!!!

David V. came over today and did a great job servicing our unit and getting them ready for the warm weather.. He showed me pictures of what he did and explained the readings on the machine. He let me know recommendations to keep our unit running properly. Overall he was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job!

We just got our maintenance inspection done, and we also had a repair done about 6 months ago by Eames, and both of the service techicians were wonderful. They were on time, very knowledgeable, extremely polite and friendly, and they took their time to do a VERY thorough job! We were given some information regarding our system that no one else told us, and this information will help our system avoid strain and stress, saving us a lot of money in the future. I highly recommend Eames for your heating and cooling needs.

The entire Eanes team are professionals! Great communication from start to finish. HVAC equipment and installation exceeded my expectations. The Eanes team was on time and completed everything we discussed at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Roberto was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He came over on a Sunday to assess our issue, by Tuesday night we were back up and running. I cannot say enough about the customer service and experience I had with the team.
